Scarlet Lady primarily sails from Miami to destinations in the Caribbean, including the exclusive Beach Club at Bimini in the Bahamas. Valiant Lady and Resilient Lady focus on the Mediterranean, visiting vibrant ports like Ibiza, Barcelona, and Santorini. Our Cruises and Tips for Virgin Voyages
We have been lucky enough to cruise on two Virgin ships, Scarlet Lady and Valiant Lady, both on their inaugural voyages. What can we say about Virgin? Well, it’s not your typical cruising experience. Instead, it’s something filled with fun, unknowns, and surprises.
While the ships are adults-only, that doesn’t mean there aren’t playgrounds onboard. In fact, there’s a big playground right on the top deck. Furthermore, Virgin offers a very chilled vibe, complemented by great food and entertainment that’s unlike what you’d find on other cruises. Sailors (as passengers are called) are encouraged to join in the fun, from pajama parties to Scarlet Night—Virgin’s version of a formal night, just crazier.
Here’s a tip for anyone cruising with onboard, let your inner child loose. Going on board transports you back to memories of the 70’s/ 80’s and 90’s with DJ’s playing retro songs and the 80’s workout is an absolute must
